Knocking them unconscious will keep you and your goals from dying. You need to be behind them, and they can’t know you’re there. Takedowns can be triggered by the player while both standing and crouching, but it’s more effective if you’re crouching so that they don’t hear you coming up. While you could rampage in and kill anyone who detects you they will alert anyone nearby, before you know it you’re surrounded and a goner. In early gameplay you don’t have much in the way of protection and you must keep your whereabouts quiet. Quietly choke people unconscious from behind smother then unconscious in their beds. So where do you put that sweet first skill point? In the stealth takedown of course! Sweet dreams is a must have skill in early gameplay. This game requires stealth when you act in the roles of Arthur and Sally.
